Veltom Ventures LLC is responsible for the processing it carries out for the purposes described in this policy. It is a limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States, with Business ID 7836333. The business is managed remotely from Tarija, Bolivia.

This address is provided for correspondence; it is not an office for in-person assistance.

This policy covers veltomventures.com and rellenos.veltomventures.com, their informational features, course information requests, the option to receive chocolate-making updates and email inquiries.

The course “Formulación de rellenos estables para bombones” is under development. No purchases are currently made and no payments for the course are accepted through these websites. This policy does not describe a system for enrollment, payment or access to purchased training.

Interest form. We process your email address and the information identifying your request, its purpose and the communications you have chosen to receive. The form includes consent fields and technical information for managing requests and protecting against spam. It does not request a name, telephone number, mailing address or payment details.

Email inquiries. We process the sender’s address, the name appearing in the message and any content or attachments you choose to send. Do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Technical data. The hosting service processes logs of requests to the websites, which may include an IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser or device information, country associated with the connection, size and server response. The form service also receives technical connection data when a request is submitted.

Email services also have technical logs related to access and message delivery. These logs are separate from the content of a subscription or inquiry.

Current course announcement. We use the email provided to communicate the opening of enrollment for “Formulación de rellenos estables para bombones”, its syllabus and final terms. Providing your email does not constitute a purchase, enrollment or a reserved place.

Updates about other chocolate-making courses. Only if you select the separate, optional choice do we use your email to send updates, content and offers about future chocolate-making courses from Veltom Ventures LLC. That choice is not required to request the current course announcement and does not authorize communications about software or unrelated business activities.

Inquiries. We use the information you send to understand and respond to your inquiry and carry out relevant follow-up.

Operation and security. Technical data is used to deliver the pages, receive requests, manage incidents and prevent spam and misuse. The hosting service allows access to traffic statistics and technical logs.

Browsing the websites, reading the terms or sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to commercial communications.

Course communications and chocolate-making updates are sent in accordance with the authorization you have given for each purpose. You may withdraw consent without penalty. Withdrawal does not, by itself, affect the lawfulness of processing previously carried out with valid consent.

Providing an email for these communications is voluntary. Without an address, we cannot send the requested announcement. Not choosing updates about other courses does not prevent you from requesting information about the current course.

Handling an inquiry responds to your request for assistance. Technical information used to provide and protect the services has purposes separate from advertising. We do not treat permission to receive emails as general permission for every kind of data processing.

Within Veltom, the owner who manages the business handles requests and inquiries. The following providers are involved in the services described:

Formspree. It receives and stores form submissions. In the reviewed configuration, submission archiving and Formshield are enabled; reCAPTCHA is disabled. The website also includes an invisible anti-spam field. The only configured action following receipt of the form is an email notification.

Google/Gmail. Form notifications are sent directly to a Gmail mailbox managed by the owner. This is separate from the corporate contact email.

Hostinger. It provides website hosting and associated technical services. The info@veltomventures.com mailbox uses Hostinger Email. No forwarding, aliases or additional destinations are configured in the reviewed settings.

Receiving internal notifications does not mean that a campaign delivery platform has been activated. If other providers or uses are introduced, this information will be reviewed and the relevant requirements addressed before the new processing begins.

The business is administered, and the owner accesses requests, from Bolivia.

The contracted Hostinger web hosting is shown as located in North Carolina, United States, with web backups in Boston, United States. This information concerns website hosting and does not, by itself, establish the location of every email system.

Formspree states that it uses Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. Google states that it has servers in different countries and that processing may take place outside an individual’s country of residence.

The processing described therefore does not necessarily take place only in your country. You may email info@veltomventures.com to ask about the information available on providers and processing locations.

Requests solely for the course announcement

We will retain the request to manage the announcement of enrollment opening, the syllabus and the final terms. We will delete the requests and associated emails from the systems controlled by Veltom within 30 days after sending the announcement.

If the launch is definitively canceled, that deletion will take place within 30 days of the decision. We will address applicable unsubscribe or deletion requests sooner.

While the launch remains pending, we will review at least annually whether it is still a genuine project and whether retaining the requests remains necessary. We will not keep them solely for an indefinite possibility of future use.

Optional subscription to chocolate-making updates

If you choose this option, we will retain your address, preferences and the necessary evidence of permission while the subscription remains valid and we maintain that communication activity. This information will not be automatically deleted when the first course launches.

Retention for this purpose is limited to what is necessary for that independent subscription. It does not authorize indiscriminate retention of all data or messages associated with an earlier request.

We will review the need for retention at least annually and honor unsubscribe requests. That review does not mean deleting all valid subscriptions when they reach one year.

Email inquiries

We will retain inquiries while necessary to respond, follow up or maintain a justified record of a matter. We will review that need at least annually. We will not automatically apply the course list’s 30-day rule to every inquiry or use inquiries as a marketing list simply because they are in a mailbox.

Requests received under previous notices

We will respect the permissions and commitments communicated when the data was collected. Publishing this policy does not automatically add earlier contacts to updates about other courses or remove deletion commitments already made.

Minimal evidence, unsubscribe requests and technical retention

Where necessary and appropriate, we may retain limited, minimal information to honor an unsubscribe request, establish permissions relied on or address a specific obligation or claim. That information will not be used to reactivate unauthorized communications.

Retention of providers’ technical logs and recovery copies is separate from retention of the requests and emails administered by Veltom. A dashboard’s history window is not a guarantee that every technical copy has been deleted. Veltom’s deletion actions are not presented as a promise of immediate erasure from every provider system.

This distinction does not authorize ignoring previously communicated commitments or reusing information after its purpose has ended.

You may email info@veltomventures.com to withdraw a request for communications, unsubscribe, ask what information Veltom retains or request its correction or deletion. You may also use the contact mailing address.

The informational and commercial messages we send will provide instructions for requesting an unsubscribe. You will not need to purchase a product, pay or create an account to request it.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, data portability and a complaint to the competent authority. We will handle requests according to the requirements and time limits applicable to the case, without restricting rights that cannot be waived.

We may request only the information reasonably necessary to locate the data and verify the legitimacy of the request. A copy of your identity document will not be required by default.

If a specific reason prevents deletion of particular information, we will explain that reason and the scope of any appropriate retention. These requests will be handled manually; an existing automated process is not being represented.

The examined implementation does not include advertising or cross-site browsing tracking tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. The hosting statistics and logs described above are a separate category.

The technical checks performed did not observe cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage or service workers during the page loads and interactions examined. Those checks did not cover every possible subsequent scenario and are not an absolute guarantee about every behavior of a browser or external service.

Links to external websites do not, by themselves, load those services as embedded content. If you visit them, their operators may use their own technologies under their privacy information.

Before introducing new technologies requiring information or consent, the corresponding obligations will be reviewed. Merely browsing will not be treated as acceptance of technologies that require a prior choice.

This policy may be updated to reflect actual changes to the websites, services and applicable obligations. Each version includes its effective date.

An update will not, by itself, expand permissions to send communications or use data. Before a different use begins, the relevant information will be provided and any required authorization obtained.
